Home Inspections Starting at $450

Home inspections start at $450 for homes built in 1980 or newer with up to 1,500 finished square feet. Pricing increases with the home’s size and age. Crawl spaces add $175. Finished square footage is based on MLS or Zillow information. For homes larger than 4,500 square feet, call for a quote.

Every pre-purchase home inspection includes a wood-destroying insect (WDI) inspection at no additional charge.
