What to Expect from Your Radon Test

We use a continuous radon monitor to measure radon levels in the home over a minimum of 48 hours. Before testing, we provide preparation instructions to help ensure proper testing conditions. Once testing is complete, we provide a report of the results, explain what they mean, and outline any recommended next steps.

How to Prepare for Your Radon Test

Keep all windows and exterior doors closed for at least 12 hours before testing begins and throughout the test, except for normal entry and exit. Leave the monitor undisturbed and follow the preparation instructions provided by 4 Corner Inspections. If the home is occupied, share these instructions with everyone living there before testing begins.
