4 Corner Inspections provides home inspections and related testing services in Cincinnati and Southwest Ohio. This policy explains how we handle information associated with our website, inquiries, scheduling, and services.
Information You Provide
When you contact us by telephone or email, or schedule through our Hive scheduler, we receive information you provide, such as your name, contact details, property address, requested services, and information relevant to your inspection.
Our website does not offer visitor accounts or public comments.
How We Use Information
We use customer information to respond to questions, schedule appointments, communicate about services, perform inspections and testing, and deliver reports and results.
We do not currently send promotional emails or text messages. We do not sell or rent customer information.
Inspection Reports and Laboratory Samples
We share inspection reports with the buyer’s agent. Sharing a report with another party requires the client’s permission.
For services involving laboratory analysis, the only customer identifying information we provide to the laboratory is the customer’s name, along with the samples and information needed for analysis.
Online Scheduling and Service Providers
Online booking is handled through Hive. Information submitted through the scheduler is also subject to the scheduling provider’s privacy practices.
Our website is hosted by Hostinger and displays Google reviews using Trustindex. Hosting and third-party content providers may process technical information, such as an IP address and browser information, when their services are accessed. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Text Messages
If you opt in through our scheduler, you may receive text messages from 4 Corner Inspections through Hive Inspect regarding your property inspection. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We do not currently send promotional text messages.
